Who's House ... Our Press Box

Last Saturday 8000 plus Boise State fans invaded Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake for the Ute's Homecoming game and when the Broncos started blowing the Ute's out many of the Boise State fans started chanting "Who's house? ... Our house".

While it might have seemed appropriate at the time to some fans given the circumstances I can't help but feel like this will help fuel a heated rivalry in the future between the two schools.

But maybe it was just that these fans were confused and getting a little ahead of themselves? You see the press box at Rice-Eccles looks almost identical to the one Boise State is adding to Bronco Stadium. Current plans would have the new press box completed for the 2008 season.

Members of the Boise media and Boise State staff took a long hard look at Rice-Eccles press box and seemed very pleased with what they saw. Soon. Very soon.
